The greatest icon in British motoring history: the Defender. A true enthusiast’s car, presented in an exceptionally attractive specification.

Take a proper look at this Fuji White Defender 110. Seven seats, beautifully trimmed in supple leather by Lucari Solutions in the UK. Even the full luxury carpeting and mat set originate from this Land Rover specialist. The leather, finished in the elegant Barley colour, complements the Fuji White bodywork perfectly. The exterior itself is in equally fine condition, professionally polished and bright, with a crisp, fresh appearance.

As mentioned, this is a seven-seat Defender 110. Air conditioning, Bluetooth audio, reversing camera and heated seats are all present. This Defender is comprehensively equipped. A clear indication that the previous owner valued comfort and quality.

More important still is the technical condition, and that is nothing short of impressive. The history file alone runs to no fewer than 81 pages of invoices and documentation. Everything is accounted for, including the costly interior, installed just a few years ago. Beyond regular servicing, many typical Defender-related issues have already been addressed. The transfer box has been rebuilt, all door seals replaced, and the chassis has been treated preventively against corrosion on a regular basis. The rear crossmember has been restored and protected with an anti-corrosion coating. Numerous fixings have been replaced with stainless steel items. The complete clutch has been renewed, as has the crankshaft oil seal. The list goes on and on.

The conclusion is clear. Over the past five years, more than €25,000 has been invested, exclusively with main dealers and recognised specialists. That is precisely what safeguards the quality and condition of this unique Defender.

Regardless of history, we never cut corners. Upon arrival, every classic is first entrusted to a specialist to address any remaining points of attention. Jansen Laro Parts is one such specialist. With a solid base like this Defender 110, it pays to do things properly. Every single point has been attended to. Fully prepared, and ready for its next enthusiast owner.

The gearbox oil, differential oil and transfer box oil have all been renewed. The rear brakes have been replaced, including the brake calipers. Both swivel balls have been renewed as well, a typical Defender item. Naturally, a full service has been carried out, with all filters replaced and fresh oil added. The total cost of this service alone came close to €3,300.

Was it strictly necessary at that very moment? Perhaps not. Does it work preventively and help preserve a special classic like this? Absolutely. That is exactly what we stand for.

You may be familiar with the well-known Defender weak points, or perhaps not. One of the key aspects to look out for is corrosion. Every Defender is susceptible. If a car has seen regular off-road use and spent its life in mud and water, corrosion is usually more present. This 110 tells a very different story. The previous owner is a true enthusiast, with an entire collection of British classics. This Defender was used for business purposes and frequently appeared on the company’s social media channels, a nice detail. That professional use also explains the exceptional maintenance history. When you depend on a vehicle, you invest to ensure reliability and quality at all times.

The rear crossmember is solid, as are the curved sections of the chassis rails to the left and right just ahead of it. The lower edges of the doors? The rear door? All doors are of the later, improved type, strong, completely unaffected and in excellent condition.

And what about the aluminium bodywork? Only a few very minor traces of corrosion could be found around hinges and latches. That is highly unusual. The bulkhead is solid. The footwells show nothing of concern.

Finding this icon in a better or more carefully maintained condition will not be easy. Should you have specific wishes and want to give the Defender an even more personal character, we will be happy to assist.

I could go on for hours, but it is far better to come and see and drive it for yourself. You are very welcome by appointment in Uden. The coffee will be ready.
